High Carbon Steel RJ11 RJ12 RJ45 Crimping Tool 7.875 Inch

This professional crimping tool enables secure termination of RJ45 plugs to solid and stranded CAT5/5e/6/6a cables. The integrated wire trimmer and cable stripper streamline cable preparation into a single operation. Ergonomically designed PVC-covered handles reduce user fatigue during extended use.

1. Cut the CATx cable to desired length.
2. Insert cable end into stripper, squeeze tool while rotating 90° to cut insulation.
3. Remove insulation to expose twisted pairs.
4. Untwist and arrange wires in correct color scheme (568A or 568B).
5. Flatten wires and trim evenly to 1/2" length using built-in trimmer.
6. Insert wires into RJ45 connector ensuring all conductors touch the end.

7. Insert RJ45 into crimp tool and squeeze firmly to secure connection.

8. Ensure identical wiring scheme on both cable ends.
9. Test termination with CAT5 wire tester (sold separately) for verification.
